Success has not slowed me down; on the contrary - it has fired me up more than ever before. Every new day carries fresh challenges, and I enjoy the struggle of overcoming them. I have somehow managed to really associate pain and hardship with success, which has enabled me to maintain steadfast endurance during difficult times. I believe that out of hardship, new opportunities are born.
My role as CEO is often a constant state of concern and almost every step of the way is a challenge. But what excites me the most is discovering totally new markets, such as Ethiopia where we opened an office. Forging your way in foreign, unexplored territories is a struggle, but if it was easy, everyone would have done it.
